We are located in downtown Altoona, at the corner of 17th Street and 12th Avenue, at Intowne Square. We are directly across from the Bell Telephone/Verizon Building. 10th Avenue Expressway - Take the North 18th Street Exit. Take the next immediate right into our office complex. Via I99 - Take the 17th Street Exit. Continue straight on 17th Street, past the Station Mall on your right, Boyer Candy on the left…Go over the bridge across the railroad tracks until you come to the traffic signal (by the clock). Do not turn right, but bear up the alley. Turn left on 13th Avenue, then take the next left, and proceed straight ahead. Cross 12th Avenue, directly into our office complex. Route 36 - Whether coming down Route 36, or coming in from Union Avenue, Intowne Square sits directly off Route 36 at 12th Avenue. Dr. Wertz is located in Building G. Dr. Lampard, Dr. Schokker, Dr. Newlin and Dr. Siddiqui are located in Building D.
